University of North Carolina at Charlotte – Jumped 1,140 places.
There’s no holding back when it comes to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with them jumping a crazy 1,140 places this month. Finishing the month impressively in the number two spot, they saw themselves scoring high double figures across the board. Their success can be arguably traced back to their highly effective establishment of their #Niner community. Through consistent use of content and hashtags, they’ve created something people are proud to be a part of. Which naturally brings a whole lot of user-generated content with that to share across all platforms. A huge well done to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
United States Air Force Academy – Climbed 258 places.
The United States Air Force Academy climbed 258 places this month, with Edurank awarding them the bronze overall. They’ve transformed their Facebook page into a central content and community hub where future students and alumni share stories, memories and get excited about being a part of something great together. Through emotive video content, they capture the genuine moments of when hopeful students find out they have secured a place at the academy as well as content that countdowns the days till I-Day. The United States Air Force Academy shows the potential of integrating user-generated content with video to really cut through.
Morehouse College – Jumped 711 places.
Another college that has been hitting the mark this month is Morehouse College who scored a perfect 100 on Twitter. Once again, they tapped into the community aspect of the institution and created the hashtag #MorehouseGrad2019. They live tweeted throughout the graduation ceremony, celebrating the individuals who were graduating and also the members of society who were receiving honorary degrees, as well as weaving user-generated content throughout their feeds. Their audience got behind the updates and joined in the hashtag, adding to the conversation, proving once again the power of authenticity.
